The Bozo Award is unscientifically selected on an occasionally daily basis to indicate the most foolish post of the day to the Elsewhere Newswire. The qualifications for this award include the post being a complete waste of electrons, the perpetration of stupid stereotypes, lacking in factual basis or the posting of content that generally violates the very liberal commonsense guidelines of propriety that exist on IMC.
