In a haphazard attempt to suppress speech at the Ohio Valley IMC, Josh Robinson was improperly served a subpoena (via email, not in person) from outside of the jurisdiction he lives in (Kentucky, and the subpoena was issued from Cincinnati). |
In response, Ohio Valley IMC individuals have ignored the subpoena to appear before an Ohio grand jury. The government issued the subpoena because of this article:

The article was posted about Cincinnati police officer Steve Roach, who was recently indicted on two misdemeanor charges after shooting an African-American person to death. |
