There's a drop off facility out back of the Super KMart on Prospect -- which works if you happen to have access to a vehicle and someplace to store recyclables.
It isn't perfect, but it is something that currently exists until an alternative is available. |

What are the cities doing on the demand side? The cities' websites just talk about collecting recyclables; do they have policies for buying recycled products in the course of doing municipal business? |
