The 25th Annual Urbana Model Railroad Show will be held this weekend at Lincoln Square in Urbana's beautiful downtown area. Hours are Saturday 10am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
Admission is FREE. |

There will be numerous operating model railroad layouts on display. Numerous vendors will have everything needed by railroad enthusiasts whether it's new rolling stock or the newest railroad book. The whole family will enjoy this event. Representatives from local railroad historical societies and the National Model Railroad Association will also be on hand to answer your questions.
The author of this article, Mike Lehman, will be recruiting for his favorite railroad's Rio Grande Modeling and Historical Society by handing out brochures detailing the great information available from the Society about the Denver & Rio Grande Western RR. You can visit our website at:
