Forced Molting Ban Bill - HB 4052 - Introduced By State Representative John Fritchey In Illinois House of Representatives
HB 4052 was introduced in The Illinois House of Representatives on January 29th. To move this Bill along, we will have to act quickly, and in large numbers!
The first step for HB 4052 is the House Rules Committee. For the Bill to have a chance, we must urge them to assign it to the Consumer Protection Committee. Please call Leadership & the Rules Committee members to urge that HB 4052 be placed in the House Consumer Protection Committee.

If you know people in these towns and/or zip codes, please have them make calls to their local legislators. All phone numbers are in Springfield offices - this will help concentrate our efforts.]
