On Thursday, April 28, Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) will hold its 28th Annual Awards Dinner. Each year, CCHCC recognizes area activists and organizations who have made significant contributions toward improving access to health care. This year’s keynote speaker will be Diane Archer, founder of the national Medicare Rights Center. Ms. Archer will give a talk titled, “The Future of Medicare: On Your Own in an Ownership Society.â€
