War and Economy Worshop to be held February 7th at Allen Hall. |
The Progressive Resource/Action Cooperative (PRC) will present a free workshop entitled "War & the Economy: Too Many Guns, Not Enough Butter" next week. The workshop, developed by United for a Fair Economy, explores the impact of militarism on the U.S. Economy and allows participants to examine the effects of military spending on healthcare,education, and other human needs. Join us Monday, February 7th at 7pm in Allen Hall, 1005 W. Gregory Dr. in Urbana, in the main lounge.
