It isn't easy being postmodern and cover a war at the same time. Which is why it was so hard for Pentagon correspondents and Defense Department officials to get this censorship - excuse us, we meant to say 'security at the source' - business straight during a recent meeting. We've posted a transcript. Incidentally, the last time we checked, the link to the Pentagon transcript - in keeping with the spirit of the discourse at hand - had disappeared. |
