CNN blackout on protests Current rating: 0

CNN headline news is reporting that there is "one anti-war banner" in DC. That is the only coverage of the protests that I've seen on CNN.
CNN headline news is reporting that there is "one anti-war banner" in DC. That is the only coverage of the protests that I've seen on CNN.

This is worse than inaccurate; not only are there thousands of people at the protests, but there are numerous banners as can be plainly seen in live coverage on C-Span and on the DC indymedia sites.

no thanks due to CBS or ABC. Nothing yet on BBC, but they're likely to cover it.

ABC.com picked up the AP story, but gave a counter-demonstrator the last word.
CBS gets numbers wrong

CBS.com is reporting that there were "hundreds" of protesters at the DC event. This is literally true, but since the figure was over 10,000 it makes the event seem smaller than it was.
