On Tuesday, Oct. 19th, the Illinois Disciples Foundation presents guest speaker Ray Parrish in a free talk entitled “Leave No Vet behind.” He will be speaking about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, the needs of GIs and veterans today, and the current injustices facing soldiers fighting in the war in Iraq. |

On Tuesday, Oct. 19th, the Illinois Disciples Foundation presents guest speaker Ray Parrish in a free talk entitled “Leave No Vet behind.” Parrish is the military counselor for the Vietnam Veterans Against the War’s military counseling service. He will be speaking about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, the needs of GIs and veterans today, and the current injustices facing soldiers fighting in the war in Iraq. This event will start at 7pm on October 19th at the IDF and is free and open to the public. The IDF is located at the NW corner of Springfield and Wright St. in Champaign.
