Through our own investigation on Patrick's criminal charges seperate from the eavesdropping charge, we are making available copies of the police reports, and excerpts from the transcripts to his arraignment on August 24th, 2004 and we anticipate receiving signed statements from the alleged victim's close friends and associates that counteract the statements in these reports and speak to the lack of truth in these charges. |
There are a number of inconsistencies in this case that cannot be ignored. We have heard rumors that the alleged victim has falsely accused at least two other people of similar or the same charges. Thus, it is important that this information be revealed, because it is very relevant to the charges against Patrick.
Below you will find links to the public paperwork from Patrick's case.
Possible Conflict of interest:
This is extremely important, Elizabeth J. Dobson is the lead prosecutor and is in charge of the jury trial which brought the indictment on these charges. Elizabeth Dobson was videotaped while in the process of videotaping Patrick on the Citizen Watch video.
Other inconsistencies with these documents:
The police report is not complete. Another witness was interviewed, but that person's statement was not included in the report.
This case needs to be investigated thouroughly.

Also suspicious about Patrick's other charges besides the eavesdropping, is the extraordinarily high bond for what is purported to be a non-violent, fondling case. Who was the prosecutor at Patrick's bond hearing? |
