I needed a laugh, even while I was revolted by your uncannily accurate portrayal of our Pontifex Maximus. |

Peace is something in this day and age, as in all ages, something that must be defended. I sympathize somewhat with the many comments I have heard and read from the far left that violence only begets further violence, but the simple fact remains that bin Laden and his fundamentalist brothers will continue their campaign of violence unless one of two things happens 1)a revolution of thought occurs within the world whereby all are convinced of the futility and falsehood of religious extremism, and that the "word of God" simply does not exist, only the word of man, and that religion is simply another artform, which it is, only, (although considering the degree of religious fervor in this so-called civilized country where politics and religion are hopelessly intertwined, evidenced millions of times daily by the hollow phrase "God Bless America"), or 2) considering the unlikelyhood of the above ever happening, or the ancient, absurd wasteland of Jerusalem ever being designated as "Unholy" land by either Jew, Muslim, or Christian, we simply take bin Laden and his cohorts out. How can you let someone who committed an act so horrific (which we all know he did) get away with it? Pretty indefensible in my opinion, like defending Timothy McVeigh against the death penalty. The terrorist mindset has gained so much legitimacy in certain Muslim cultures that to let this go and let bin Laden go would be a crime of extreme irresponisiblity and negligence on our part.
When I think about going to the Olympics this winter in Salt Lake, I would feel a Hell of a lot better knowing that Ossama bin Laden does not share the world with me any longer. |

When, the USA people will see the truth. Why USA is the only nation that terrorist's hate. The USA government is the real guilty for the Twin Towers " T.act ". Nobody can say, this is an Strike Back to Terrorism, only because Bush said. This is a vengance action. We can not justify violence saying that war is for peace. War is the worst type of terrorist act, and the USA gov. is making terrorism aginst the world, saying that crap about the " peace ". Please open your eyes and think things a little more than... " it's pay back time...". What do GOD think about vengance. |
