Holy Books Now On [White's racist website]
Internet -- The website of the World Church of the Creator was taken offline today in conjunction with a federal court order stating that all members of the World Church of the Creator were forbidden to engage in any conduct that might violate the trademark on the World Church of the Creator name, currently held by the radical Zionist-Christian TE-TA-MA Foundation.
However, organizations and individuals not associated with the World Church of the Creator, such as LSN Editor Bill White, were not bound by the court order. The court has not yet settled who is correctly in possession of the World Church of the Creator name, but the court has made clear that the intent is not to suppress the publication of the group's Holy Books, only to keep the trademark from being damaged through its association with unauthorized materials.
To test that assertion, that it is not the content of the WCOTC's speech, but only the possible abuse of a trademark, White has decided to publish both of the World Church of the Creator's Holy Books, Nature's Eternal Religion and the White Man's Bible, on [his racist] website. The books can be accessed through a link in the menu bar labeled "Creativity."
"If they are not attempting to suppress the political and religious message of the books, but only to preserve their trademark, I cannot see any cause for action," White told press today. Each chapter carries a disclaimer stating that the material contained in the book does not represent the views of the TE- TA-MA Foundation, and is presented solely for educational purposes.
White underlined the importance of free speech in announcing the publications, stating:
"If the court system is going to limit free access to religious or political material, it is paramount that the public have the means to make judgements as to the appropriateness of the judgement; having the public second-guess public officials is one of the key elements of democracy. These works are going to be presented so people can judge whether or not they should be banned by the courts."
White has previously published other books banned by the court system, most notably the book "Hit Man". Hit Man was the subject of a lawsuit in Maryland where it was claimed that the book motivated the assassination of a woman and her disabled child.
