The UCIMC folks joined in a non-permitted march at 4:00 pm EST. Police presence is strong but peaceful and cooperative. |

Initial estimates put the march headcount at 1000+ with several hundred additional people videotaping the march from in front of a banner that read "Poor People Economic Human Rights Campaign: March for Our Lives." Participators now believe there are at least 5,000 people in the streets, which have been blocked off by both police bicycle escorts and protest peacekeepers. |
