There will be time to debate Reagan's policies for years to come, and yet the loony fringe can't seem to help themselves to mock the dead. It amazes me that a group of people that routinely pass themselves off as champions of human dignity and community are scrambling over each other to impugn a statesman who died from a tragic, prolonged illness.
The complete lack of humanity and compassion that the ultra left displays in its contempt for Reagan in the week of his passing speaks volumes about the other issues you use in the name of human rights and peace with sinister intent.
Don't let me stop you. You, Greg Palast, Ted Rall and all the others should by all means keep up the hate speach, and let the world know what you're really about. |
