I have heard comments about the food that may have caused some illness. As a helper, I cannot wonder if the fact that I failed several times during the day not to wash my hands after using the restroom.
Employees are clearly instructed that they must wash properly after using a restroom facilty. However, since we were technically not employees at the event and we had no facilities with which to wash, I thought I could let it slide.
It is my hope, that no one was seriously made ill by the presence of fecal matter or anything else. I was really feeling poorly that day.
