Contact Senators in Support of More LPFM Current rating: 0
25 Mar 2004
The people at Prometheus called today to ask that I urge people to contact our senators, Richard Durbin and Peter Fitzgerald, asking them to support Sen. John McCain's legislation to expand Low Power FM broadcasting to the the extent that it was originally proposed by the FCC. The bill does not have a number yet, but this article (http://www.ucimc.org/newswire/display/16397/index.php) will give you enough information to compose a message.

Contact info for the Illinois U.S. senators is below. Remember that the most effective method is a phone call, followed by letters, and finally email. Use the means you're most comfortable with.
