This week IMC Radio News features "Your Neighbors and the Primary
Election." Host Sandra Ahten discuss the ins and out of primary
election with Champaign County Clerk, Mark Sheldon; a voting strategy
laid out by Urbana attorney Bob Finch that includes "crossing over" to
the Republican ballot in order to vote against John Piland for states
attorney (and why); and the voices of your neighbors Danielle
Chynoweth, David Johnson, Ester Patt, Adam Zmick, and Meg Minor as
they disclose who they are voting for and why at state and national
levels. In addition Ester Patt discusses the Urbana referendum for
increased Illinois state taxes to fund education.
