John Kerry is a hypocrite. John Kerry is unelectable. Current rating: 0
13 Mar 2004
open note to DNC- we will not accept John KErry. WE WILL NOT unite behind John KErry. You are throwing the election by leaving us no choice but to vote green.

John Kerry CANNOT be Trusted
Look at this Trail of Hypocrisy

October 2002: “[I will vote for the war] because I believe Saddam Hussein is a Threat... [Bush must go thru the UN], If he fails to do so, I will be the first to speak out.â€

March 20, 2003: “Saddam Hussein has chosen to make military force the ultimate weapons inspections enforcement mechanism. The only exit strategy is victory, this is our common mission and the world’s cause. We're in this together.â€

October 2003: “This president has done it wrong every step of the way. He promised that he would have a real coalition. He has a fraudulent coalition. He promised he would go through the United Nations and honor the inspections process. He did not. He broke every promise. He's done it wrong.â€

1971 Congressional Testimony: “We are angry because we feel we have been used in the worst fashion by the administration of this country," Kerry said. Kerry called for an immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Vietnam, calling the war "the biggest nothing in history."

Feb 26, 2004 - "No, I do not regret my vote [for the war]... No, I would not leave now. I think that you can't leave now."

1971 Congressional Testimony: “How do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?"

February 27, 2004: "I will add 40,000 active-duty Army troops, a temporary increase likely to last the remainder of the decade."

Kucinich: “How are we going to get another 40,000 troops John?â€

KERRY DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION

Kerry, fooled by the threats, voted for the war. No he says he's got 'proven ability' to stand up and fight the tough fights- do you believe him?

Kucinich March 20, 2003: For the past year I have led the effort in the House of Representatives to challenge the Administration’s march to war in Iraq. I have used my voice and my vote to try to help avert the tragedy of this immense diplomatic failure and this departure from morality in world affairs. I have used every legal and legislative resource available to me to challenge this war. This culminated in 126 Democrats, nearly two thirds of the Democratic caucus, voting against the Iraq resolution last October.

Yet the war begins. This a sad day for America, the world community and the people of Iraq. Today we hope and pray for the safe return of our troops and the end to this unjustified war. I support the brave young men and women who are following orders that have placed them in harm’s way. While I support the troops, I cannot support this mission. President Bush has launched an unprovoked attack against another country. Iraq does not pose an imminent threat to the United States or any of its neighboring nations.

America is losing its way at home and in the world. We have no money to rebuild America's cities, but we have money to blow up cities in Iraq. No money to feed the hungry, the clothe the naked, to shelter the homeless in America, put money to rain death, destruction, and starvation on Iraq. No money to build bridges over the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, but money to blow up the bridges over the Tigris and the Euphrates.
