(1) An interview with Carol Spinel by Ondine Gross. Spindel is the author of "Dancing at Halftime," which examines the controversy over American Indian mascots.
(2) A report by Ariel Clemenzi on the recent court ruling in favor of Planned Parenthood against Attorney General John Ashcroft who had subpoenaed the private medical records of more than 900 Planned Parenthood clients.
