Former Soviet Union used to conduct nuclear tests there. The level of radiation, the frequency of human mutants, children's cancers and other radiation's implications there, though, probably, lower than in Chernobyl, but still extremely high. No wonder that they don't want ANYTHING more with nukes. Bush though hopes to utilize them in his possible nuclear campaign against Iran or whichever - obviously the last future war of this planet. It, sure, the best time now to start to love Bush and his associates, isn't it? |
