Rachael Sandy was last seen on 12-01-03 leaving her home on Kerr Ave in Urbana to catch the bus on her way to the Urbana High School. She never showed up at school and she has not been located. Please notify the Champaign County Sheriff's office if you have any information |

Rachael was last seen when she left her home on Kerr Ave to walk to her bus stop around 7:35 am on 12-01-03 on her way to Urbana High School. She did not get on the bus that day and she never made it to school and did not return home. She was last wearing, jeans, white sneakers, a black leather-looking jacket with a light blue hooded sweatshirt under her jacket and a sponge bob square pants stocking hat. I have got a tip that she might be in the Rantoul area
