Just as with the official government, the Shadow Government has functional branches. However, unlike the
official government, the purpose of the non-executive branches of the Shadow Government is simply to
distribute various functions, but not to achieve a system of checks and balances, as was supposed to
happen constitutionally between the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the U.S. Government.
That is because the Shadow Government is a creature of a powerful elite, who need not fear being
dominated by an instrument of their own creation. |

On 8 January last year, around 6.45pm, residents of Delaware in the US were startled by a sonic boom, strong
enough to shake walls, rattle windows and cause the citizens to call their local police offices, demanding
explanations. This particular speeder, however, could not only outrun any highway-patrol cruiser in Delaware, but
was beyond the reach of anyone else in the state. Even the US Air Force, with its surveillance radars at Dover

LECTURE BY PHIL SCHNEIDER ABOUT BLACK PROJECTS AND GOVERNMENT SECRECY
Phil Schneider, the lecturer of this article, was executed under mysterious circumstances in January 1996.
According to some, he had been tortured repeatedly before his death. Phil Schneider was an ex-government
engineer who was involved in building underground facilities. He was one of three people to survive the 1979 fire
fight between the Greys and the U.S. intelligence/military forces at the Dulce underground base in New Mexico.
In May 1995, Phil Schneider lectured on what he had discovered during his career. Seven months afterward, he
was tortured and killed by those whom he had previously been employed by.
