A new Bill, The "Protect All Children" Bill (HB 3466) will eliminate extreme preferential treatment for criminals who sexually assault children in their own families. It has passed the House and now is moving to the Senate.
This bill has been designed to close an outrageous loophole in our law that allows probation for someone who sexually assaults a child … if their victim is related to them. Normally, child sexual assault carries a prison term of 4-30 years. But, if the victim is related to the perpetrator, the penalty is only 2 years probation. HB3466 removes that distinction and makes child molestation a felony regardless.
Similar laws have been recently passed in Arkansas and North Carolina. For more information, go to www.protect.org. You can find out your local Senator at www.legis.state.il.us. |

It's amazing how you liberals are so friendly to murderous dictators like Saddam and then turn around to persecute men who have paid their debt to society. If we were talking about a dreadlocked drug dealer you'd all be crying for his release, but now you're cheering on the dogs to lock away men who've just made a little mistake.
I'll never get your twisted logic.
