Starry Night. The Contemporary Version.
Desert like lion exhales heat.
Death is in each air’s sip.
And on the sky like for us indeed
The dense mass of stars is seen.
Stars fall down like a silent rain,
And I bet on one my life.
So, stupidly I ties myself then
To these falling stars.
Explosives noise’s gotten lost,
I am happy and I am well.
But at road blows a hidden bomb,
Thus bidding to me farewell.
We were told: We fight terrorism,
Don’t spare bombs and be smolder!
There’s another star just like skies
On commander’s shoulder.
One can’t shovel this shiny shit,
And everyone gets what is planned.
If weren’t killed, I’d receive maybe
Brand new Purple Heart.
I would give this reward to my son
(But I have not made one before).
There’s a lot of stars still hanging on sky,
As no one is left to kill more.
Ausic for this song with the usual arrangement for an accoustic guitar or a piano is available, as always. |
