An Invitation
Who: You and your friends
What: A weekend conference on radical health
When: Friday March 24 – Sunday March 26
Where: Kirksville (Northeast Missouri, 90 minutes North of Columbia, MO)
Why: If we really want to create change in this world then what could be a better place to start than with ourselves. This conference will take a broad look at health from a radical perspective. Everything, from the food that we eat to the ways that we relate to one another, impacts our ability to live free, happy, and healthy lives. This conference will be a chance to discuss, learn, relax, and socialize with radicals from around the region.
Active child care will be available for free. Please get into contact with us beforehand if you will be bringing any kids. We will also provide food and housing to all attendees. If you have any food allergies or special housing requests, please get in touch. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We can’t make this conference a complete success without your help. If you have any ideas for workshops, discussions, or activities that you would like to plan and facilitate for the conference please let us know. We will provide the space and time.
If you would be willing and able to lead a workshop on women’s health, or self-defense, we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
