Mr. Galloway Goes To Washington
Coverage of British MP George Galloway, speaking in Chicago in September will be cablecast on UPTV Channel 6, November 17 at 7:30 PM, November 21 and 28 at 2:00 PM.
George Galloway is Respect Party Member of Parliament for Bethnal Green and Bow in East London. He recently electrified the U.S. with his appearance at a Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations hearing on May 17, when he turned the proceedings into a condemnation of the war in Iraq. CNN’s Wolf Blitzer described Galloway’s speech in the Senate as “a blistering attack on U.S. senators rarely heard” in Washington. |
