Prospect For Peace Protest Growing |

Large numbers of those opposed to the illegal US lead attack on Iraq arrived at Prospect Avenue today at 2:00 PM! Community members for Peace from all walks of life found comfort and support for the growing international opposition to the US invasion. Pro-War demonsrators tried to pre-empt the corner but soon found their group outnumbered. People for Peace and in favor of ending our nation's use of violence over diplomacy spanned both sides of Prospect and took over 3 of the 4 corners of the intersection. |

Musicians,pets and a few WWII Veterans joined in opposition to WAR! Those who favor war will return next week and so will those of us seeking a less violent means of addressing world problems. We will return to Prospect as we have for months. Spread the word and keep the numbers growing!
