You can catch the monthly news program of Indymedia on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month on Urbana Public TV, on cable channel 6. During March the Newsreal will be followed by a documentary on Anarchist TV in Amsterdam, produced by Urbana IMC-Video member Dave Powers.
The Newsreal airs the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 8 PM. This month those days are March 12 and 26. |
The Indymedia Newsreal is assembled from video reports from IMCs around the world. A new Newsreal debuts every month.
This month the Newsreal will be followed by a documentary called "Crashing the VIP Room; a Conversation with Vrije Keyser TV, Amsterdam." It's a 22 minute interview with Dutch anarchists who created a pirate community TV channel in Amsterdam which eventually became a 24-hour public access cable channel.
