'Affixed' -- Art Show Opens Friday |

Sixteen local artists are displaying their work in 'Affixed', a juried art show that opens Friday, October 17th. The show will consist of two and three-dimensional pieces that incorporate collage elements in some way, and will be held at the High Cross Studio in Urbana. |

Sixteen local artists are displaying their work in 'Affixed', a juried art show that opens Friday, October 17th. The show will consist of two and three-dimensional pieces that incorporate collage elements in some way, and will be held at the High Cross Studio in Urbana. Another show featuring pastel and collage by Deena Love titled 'Bulbs' will run concurrently.
An opening and reception will be held this Friday, October 17th, from 7-9pm, and all are invited. The show runs from 10/17 through 10/31, and will be held at the High Cross Studio on High Cross Road in Urbana. The Studio is located in the old Gallo building, one quarter mile north of the intersection of Route 130 and 150 (detailed instructions below).
Gallery hours during the show are every day except Mondays, 10-4pm.

Take Main Street all the way east through Urbana. Two miles east of Schnucks it curves to the left and dead-ends into Rt. 150 (University Ave). Take a right onto Rte 150.

Take University Avenue east past Cunningham. At the Guardian Drive stop light take a right as University becomes Rte 150.
---THEN
Take a left (north onto Highcross) at the stop light that is the intersection of Rte 150 and Rte 130. Go over the I-74 overpass. You will see two buildings on the right after Anthony Drive. The drive-way for High Cross Studio is directly across from these two buildings. You can park in
the lot for High Cross studio or across the road by the two buildings.
