How about a vigil at the polling places in Champaign to stop the passing of the referendum, better yet, Urbana City Council can pass a resolution against the passing of the school referendum. We should get involved in every level of government. |

I never said I agree with Bush, I just don't think it is the work of the city council. And if the council does think that they can have an impact- How about tackling the state regarding how the schools are funded-? that is something that they could change - it affects everybody in the city. |
